Soton Retreat was a delightful surprise! The room provided a cozy space with a tea and coffee maker, making late-night snacks a breeze. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the city centre and with an ALDI next door for all your essentials. Plus, the helpful contact, Sharon, made getting around easy with transport details.

I appreciated the mini mart nearby for snacks and essentials. the outside door handle was stiff, requiring assistance on a couple of occasions. noise from the bar was noticeable during the night, potentially disrupting light sleepers. Spacious and well-maintained rooms.
My stay was quite disappointing. I struggled with the parking situation, as there was hardly any available nearby, forcing me to park quite a distance away. The noise coming from the bar downstairs was noticeable during the night, which made it difficult to get restful sleep. the outside door handle was stiff, making it a hassle to enter and exit the building.

Had a great time with friends here! The communal kitchen was super handy, allowing us to whip up meals before heading out. We walked to the Guildhall in no time and caught the vibes from the nearby bars. The staff was welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Definitely try the local dining spots nearby for some tasty treats!
Parking was a bit of a mess for us, as we struggled to find a good spot nearby. It would be helpful to have clear info on parking in advance.
